Sublimation metal sign blanks thermal transfer method includes the following steps:
1.firstly, the aluminum plate is subjected to surface pretreatment on a pickling machine to remove oil and dust on the surface of the aluminum plate; steps
2. Surface coating process: evenly coat a layer of transfer medium on the surface of the aluminum plate;
3. Heating the transfer medium: Put the aluminum plate coated with the transfer medium into the oven for baking, the temperature in the oven is 180℃～200℃, and the baking time is 10S～20S;
4. Cut the Sublimation metal sheet  to the required size on the slitting machine, and use it after slitting;
5. Prepare heat transfer paper or heat transfer film: cut the heat transfer paper or heat transfer film to be transferred according to the size of the aluminum plate;
6. Heat press with heat press: Cover the heat transfer paper or heat transfer film on the aluminum plate, and align the four sides respectively, and then put them on the heat press for heat pressing. The pressure of the heat press is 55kgf/ m2, temperature is 190℃, hot pressing time is 18s
